Talbert Memorial

Seaman 1st Class Edward Talbert grew up in Stanly County, North Carolina. This memorial is dedicated to bringing his remains back from Hawaii after his tragic death in the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7th, 1941, and giving him a proper burial in his home county.
